Invitation and grant opportunities: Creativity & Thinking Skills in Learning, Teaching & Management – EPA co-organised conference in Riga, 19/20 September

All EPA members are invited to  join us for the International Conference on Creativity & Thinking Skills in Learning, Teaching & Management to be held on 19/20 September 2014, in Riga, Latvia co-organised by TA Teachers and EPA.

The conference strands co-organised with EPA addresses Innovations in Family Learning. Following the idea of parents as primary educators, the strand will provide opportunities for sharing views on the topics of development of creativity and thinking at home and effective approaches to parent education.

The conference will bring together teachers, teacher educators, managers, policy makers and researchers interested in innovations in education. The first TA Teachers conference attracted 85 participants from 20 countries.

Let us call your attention that it is possible to organise collaboration with your national level EPA member under Erasmus+ mobility project that will provide funding for attending the conference. We would  also like to take this opportunity to inform you that  PASS – Parents As Successful teacherS residential course is available on demand from 1 July 2014 to 20 Dec 2015.

We would like to invite parents and grandparents as well as teachers and teacher trainers interested in the development of language and thinking skills of children aged 3-7 to attend our residential course – PASS – Parents As Successful teacherS. The course aims at providing participants with support materials for effective family learning developed within the project PASS supported by the European Commission.
